Prior to any file going to appraisal, the state offers the insured the ability to have their dispute settled through a state sponsored Mediation program. Our firm�s reputation to settle claims fairly has created an opportunity for us to offer this service to the carrier�s. We have achieved great success with this program even on files handled by other IA firms. We currently have 4 adjusters working on a rotation basis and all of them have achieved success within this program. Our adjusters handling mediation maintain a high level of respect with all the mediators and DFS personal that oftentimes sit in on some of the mediation sessions.
