Services Offered

Our claims adjusting department is comprised of 14 licensed adjusters and 3 clerical personal. Our adjusters have been hand picked and trained in house by management having nearly 40 years of combined experience. Our adjusters were purposely selected from differing backgrounds to allow their experiences to assist in their development. We have one Florida licensed adjuster that also maintains licenses as a Florida Roofing Contractor, Florida General Contractor and an Engineering License. We have also hired a former Miami Dade police officer allowing us to have greater depth and detail in our investigations for claims of theft and suspicious fires.

The claims department handles all claims of loss caused by any of the 16 named perils. Our adjusters have all been through a computer based training course in construction allowing their reports to be detailed and their communication with the named insured and/or the public adjuster to be clear on an accurate scope without misunderstandings.

Our staff of adjusters is also located throughout South and Central Florida. We are capable of handling claims from the West Coast to the East Coast and can manage claims as far south as Key West and as far North as Jacksonville. We have adjusters that can relocate at a moments notice giving us an office flexibility seldom seen with our competitors.
